    Antoine joined the firm in 2014 within the firm's immigration practice, specialising in Residency and Citizenship law.  He advises clients on different routes for obtaining citizenship in Malta.  Drawing from his doctoral thesis centred on the acquisition and loss of citizenship under Maltese law, Dr. Saliba Haig offers counsel on citizenship by descent, citizenship by marriage, citizenship by naturalisation, and citizenship by investment. In 2020, Antoine was promoted to Senior Associate and co-Head of Immigration.  Antoine has addressed various international fora on the subject of investment migration and is a contributor to various industry publications, including the Investment Migration Insider, on matters of investment migration. He was admitted to the firm’s partnership in 2025 and now serves as Partner, Immigration & Global Mobility.
